Shipments will be made through international couriers, for example: GLS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX.
Shipping times vary according to the country, region or specific location, usually in Italy in 1/2 working days and in the rest of the world in 4/5 working days. The customer will receive the tracking code through which he can monitor the delivery of the product.
Shipping is free throughout Italy.
Shipping to Europe (excluding Italy) costs € 15 for a pair of shoes with an increase of € 10 for each other pair of shoes in addition (€ 25 for two pairs of shoes, € 35 for three pairs of shoes, € 45 for four pairs of shoes, ...).
Shipping to Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Asia (excluding China) and Oceania costs € 30 for a pair of shoes with an increase of € 20 for each other pair of shoes in addition ( € 50 for two pairs of shoes, € 70 for three pairs of shoes, € 90 for four pairs of shoes,…).
The times indicated cannot be considered demanding and no responsibility can be attributed to Ebe Group S.r.l. in case of delay in delivery by the courier.
The delivery date is intended to coincide with the first attempt to deliver to the address, even in the event of the recipient's refusal or absence. In case of non-collection within the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Owner, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for damages that may have occurred to the Products after delivery to the carrier, where the latter has been chosen and instructed by the User or for delays in delivery attributable to the latter.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the document presented by the courier for subscription and that the packaging is not damaged, wet or altered. These eventualities must be immediately reported to the courier and reported to Ebe Group S.r.l. within 3 days of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered (ART. 1698 COD.CIV.).
The return is free from Italy. Pursuant to art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, for any reason and without any penalty, within 14 working days.

The notice of withdrawal cancellation must contain the following information:

6. Order reference code;
7.Specifications of the goods to be returned;
8. Reason for withdrawal (change of size, damaged goods, etc ...).
EbeGroup S.r.l. will collect the goods to be returned at their own expense at the address indicated by the Buyer. The Buyer will pack the goods to be returned and will agree with EbeGroup S.r.l. day and time for the collection of the packaging by Express Courier. The packaging must present the name and surname of the Buyer, the reference code of the order and the delivery address "Ebe Group S.r.l. - Via Salvador Allende 161 (Torre del Sole 2) - 84131 Salerno, SA ".
The substantial integrity of the goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The purchased goods must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts, including documentation and accessories provided. In the event that the returned goods are compliant and the applicable right of withdrawal, the Customer may decide to be reimbursed economically, with a discount voucher to be used on RenatoBalestra.Store or with a Renato Balestra Store item of the same amount or recognizing the difference in discount term. The right of withdrawal will not be exercised if the goods are damaged by the Purchaser or missing integral or accessory parts. In this case the goods will be returned to the sender with a charge for shipping costs.
If the withdrawal will comply with the provisions of the Consumer Code and reported in the general conditions, Ebe Group S.r.l. will refund the sums paid (including shipping costs) by the Buyer within 5 working days and the credit will be available within the timeframe provided by the credit institution used during the purchase. The Purchaser will receive an e-mail to the indicated address as soon as the refund is processed.
The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order from the following: PayPal and Credit Card.
By selecting this type of payment, the customer is directed to the Paypal site where he can enter his login credentials and pay in all the ways provided by Paypal. This information will be entered by the customer on the secure Paypal site and will not be visible by Ebe Group S.r.l.
The Paypal system accepts most credit cards and does not oblige to register on the site itself.
